Payment. We do not accept American Express, Discover, or Diners Club. If you selected “Hotel Collect” as your payment option, you will need to pay with a Master Card or Visa. Full payment of any balance outstanding on the reservation must be made at time of check-in. 
 

Office Hours: Our front office is open from 7am to 11pm.


Parking.  On site and street parking is available at no cost. 
 
 

House Rules

  • No pets or animals of any type allowed on the premises.
  • Please do not move cushions, mattresses, or any furnishings between the rooms.
  • Do not rest items on the stovetop, with the obvious exception of pots & pans.
  • No smoking anywhere on the premises.
  • No excessively loud music.
  • Warning: No lifeguard on duty! All guests swim at your own risk.
  • No standing on the seats & tables
  • No glass (bottles or glasses) by the pool or beach.
  • We are not responsible for damage or loss of personal belongings.
  • We are not responsible for personal injuries caused inside or outside our facilities' installation, during the stay in or transit to our facilities.
  • We are not responsible for any situation caused in tours or walks outside our facilities.
  • Any excessive damage to a guest’s suite/villa/common areas, that is undeniably caused by the guest during their stay, will be charged to the guests (wine stains, burns, cuts, among others)
