Payment. We do not accept American Express, Discover, or Diners Club. If you selected “Hotel Collect” as your payment option, you will need to pay with a Master Card or Visa. Full payment of any balance outstanding on the reservation must be made at time of check-in.

Office Hours: Our front office is open from 7am to 11pm.

Parking. On site and street parking is available at no cost.

House Rules

No pets or animals of any type allowed on the premises.
Please do not move cushions, mattresses, or any furnishings between the rooms.
Do not rest items on the stovetop, with the obvious exception of pots & pans.
No smoking anywhere on the premises.
No excessively loud music.
Warning: No lifeguard on duty! All guests swim at your own risk.
No standing on the seats & tables
No glass (bottles or glasses) by the pool or beach.
We are not responsible for damage or loss of personal belongings.
We are not responsible for personal injuries caused inside or outside our facilities' installation, during the stay in or transit to our facilities.
We are not responsible for any situation caused in tours or walks outside our facilities.
Any excessive damage to a guest’s suite/villa/common areas, that is undeniably caused by the guest during their stay, will be charged to the guests (wine stains, burns, cuts, among others)
